So A and I are here in wonderful Hahira,GA and it’s been such a relaxing time full of family and fun time. We have our own little back house with all that A and I could possibly want, including a treadmill ;) (my daddy knows me too well.) We had thee most amazing din din last night which including tons of bread, boston butt, green beans, malibu & cranberry juice :), and some amazing mashed potatoes.

Pics should be posted soon but here is one with two of the girls even though it’s missing the other three little/big ones. Time flies and even though I was just here 2 years ago, it’s a century in kid years and these kids have GROWN.

Tomorrow A and I will be on our way to Savannah, Ga where the “grown-up” fun will begin, or we will just get the opportunity to be kids ourselves. Can’t wait for my other BFF to join and then it will really feel complete. Hope everyone is having a great Monday~

So excited for my day today. Even if it started at 4:35 am, I am still loaded with great energy after the gym. Opened the store this morning and I’m actually enjoying these unique customers of ours. Washing my baby today (my mustang) cause she’s in dire need and then off to Ontario to hang out with my biff Raquel :) I’m not sure my day could get any better. Life can be so impactful at times. I often get irritated with a lot of the customers that come into my mom’s store. Most of my frustration are years of memories working long hours ever since I was 8 years old. I also think it deals with the fact that many of the people try and take advantage of my mother. This morning I had the privilege of waiting on a couple who was so excited that their food stamp money had gone through. To my ignorance I don’t quite understand what it’s like to be on that side of the spectrum. I continued to watch them as they strolled up and down the aisles filling well over three hand carts of groceries. I always like to pay attention to each and every customer that comes through because if they know that no one is watching, it’s a lot more tempting to take things and that continues to be a pet peeve of mine. Back to my story … the couple finally ended their shopping spree and I began to ring up the groceries. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this couple before because I’m sure I would have remembered their sincerity and politeness. I noticed that there weren’t any cars in the lot except for mine and asked if boxes or bags were better since I had a hunch they were walking. The polite gentlemen said he brought his wagon and that boxes were perfect. There really isn’t any great ending to this story except for the fact that I know how ungrateful and unappreciative I am sometimes. I prayed for that couple today and who knows if they even “need” prayer but something told me to. I think today is just an emotional day and it’s probably because I’m a girl but nonetheless, I thank God for bringing people like them around to teach me life lessons and the importance of being thankful.

I’m in love with her cd and now I have a new favorite....

Love that my mommy signs me in at night for my shift. I’ve definitely been in a funk lately and it’s tough to shake but I know God has me where I am for his reasons. Only 25 days and I get to see my papa :) eeekkk I couldn’t be more excited for that visit. I get to also see my bestest friend Aimee :) How could I be so lucky?! This week is a busy one filled with work of course but I’m thankful for my job and the people I work with. I’m also very thankful for family and all of the time I’m getting to spend with them. The Lord is good to me and I’m constantly working on appreciating all he does. I hope everyone has a great wednesday :)

Happy Friday everyone! This week has been crazzzy! I have not been this challenged in a while with every decision that needs to be made along with reviewing over the possibilities of “What if’s?” I am so in need of a vacation and I see that mostly when I’m working and getting tired of seeing the same people and it’s a struggle to smile. Going in for another double today and then a gym session after work :) THAT is what keeps me sane. Praying everyone has a blessed day. Thank you Jesus for you and the ability to live another day!~

I love waking up to this. Thank you Jesus :) Today is going to be a very productive day. I’m opening the market today and some of these customers really know how to brighten my day. I am currently on my third cup of coffee (so not body for life but I promise to drink 3 extra liters of water by the end of the day) and I have a list full of phone calls I need to make in between shifts along with running at least 5 miles aaaannndd an arm workout. All in all it’s going to be a great day :) happy wednesday everyone!

As my Aunt reads a poem she made about my sis and kevin and their new little addition I haven’t cried this much in a long time. Its such an awesome thing to know that my sis has done everything so right. She is such a blessing and this baby GIRL will be thee most spoiled thing in the world.
